Imagine if you were able to suddenly make your life way more convenient? What would change?

The biggest difference for most people will simply be more time. You’d be able to dedicate your energy to the things that really mattered to you, instead of those that don’t.

However, you’d also have more space in your day and life would generally be easier. You wouldn’t constantly be exhausted from all the things you have to do, increasing your energy massively.

So, how can you pull it off? What can you do to make your life so much more convenient?

Automate Your Finances

Top of the list of priorities should be to automate your finances. You’ll need to ensure you’ve got your house in order and that you’re paying bills and doing your savings transfers automatically.

Once you get all this sorted out, you’re often ready to go. You have everything you need in place to forget about your monthly payments and just let the bank take care of it. If your current bank doesn’t allow it, move to another.

Set Up Storage

Next, you’ll want to look into secure self storage. Having a secure lockup where you can keep all the items that you don’t want in your home is usually a godsend.

What’s nice about self-storage is that you don’t have to constantly compromise on your possessions. You can simply set up the storage and then use it when you please, depending on what you want to store and when you want to take it out. It’s especially beneficial if you are moving home or want a place to keep items as a landlord.

Delegate Tedious Tasks

Another pro tip is to delegate all your tedious tasks. Don’t put yourself under pressure to do them all yourself, just because you want to be productive and efficient.

For example, if you can get someone to deal with things like timetabling and booking, that makes a lot of sense. When you’re not doing it yourself, you can focus on other things and stop wasting as much of your energy.

Batch Meals

On the same token, you also want to batch your meals and do your groceries all in one go if you can. Sorting this all out at the weekend means that you have more time to concentrate on your work and the things you need to do at the weekend.

If you can replace batch prep with mealboxes that don’t take up too much of your time, that’s even better. These can be highly beneficial and healthy, especially if you use the right service.

Only Do Tasks Once

Finally, you’ll want to look into a way of rigging your life so that you only perform each task you do once. This might sound like a strange concept, but it’s something that a lot of the best entrepreneurs do. If there’s something repetitive, their mindset is that somebody else can be trained to do it. They shouldn’t be doing it over and over again.
