These mini wraps were in the May Degustabox (gifted) and I decided to use them in a game of bubble and squeak. Which is basically what I call a mix of food that we have that needs eating but isn’t an actual normal meal. This one turned out well!
I had some Very Lazy slow cooking pots that were in a Degustabox a few months back and although they are meant to be for the slow cooker, I figured it’s just a bunch of herbs and pieces so why not use them in a frying pan with some chicken.
There’s not even any point to having a recipe here as you can literally just put what you want in!
I fried the chicken with the Very Lazy paste, then chucked in some chopped courgette and pepper. When it was nearly cooked I threw in some cherry tomatoes just to make them a little soft.
I grated some chilli cheese, cut up a avocado and served it with a side of couscous. It turned out really well, we had a very similar version a few days later with a plain version of the wraps!
