Hello,, I am Corinne and I look ugly when I smile. I’m trying to smile in the last one but smiling makes me look ugly. It’s a terrible problem to have and I don’t know what to do about it. This is how I’ve perfected the resting bitching face, ladies and gentlemen.
I should just stick to looking like I am sucking a lemon.
I got this beauty of a dress from Dorothy Perkins. One of my favourite shops (after Emily & Fin). They always have the cutest dresses and I couldn’t resist this one. It’s been a while since I’ve bought an off the shoulder style dress. I should buy them more often! It distracts from the ugly smile.
Why Do I Look Ugly When I Smile?
I have an ugly smile. It’s so frustrating, I have this image of how I look in my head when I smile, then when I see a photo of me smiling, I hate it. This is why I often don’t show photos of me looking directly at the camera and smiling! Why do I look so ugly when I smile?
I am working on accepting how I look, but it’s not always easy!

I’m relieved to know I’m not the only one that thinks they look ugly when they smile. I can’t do a toothy smile, I look insane. I have to do the closed lip smile and even then I don’t think it looks the best. You look super pretty in that dress too.
I think you look amazing smiling! And good ol’ Dorothy Perkins, I miss the brand, it’s not as easy for me to get my hands on here in Canada. It’s a huge brand bak in Malaysia though.

I can’t believe someone else feels like I do about my own smile. I really do not enjoy having my picture taken, so I avoid it whenever possible, but since I want to blog I will have to find away to smile and love it. Practice makes perfect, so I hope! I think you look great, but I know what you mean. When I smile, my nose seems to droop and widen by like an inch and the crease under my eyes is so heavily emphasised.
