You eat a healthy diet five days a week, without restricting or counting calories, then for two days you fast. It seemed like a good way to lose weight, as you don’t have to think about it too much. I love not thinking about things too much. 

There’s no obsessing over food and meal plans. And if you use juices like those from Nutriseed on your fasting days, it’s straightforward. Just take five of their drinks on the fasting days. Easy. These low-calorie days helped you reach your weight goals quickly.

​Nutriseed is expensive. Although I love the taste of the juices and appreciate how they make life easier, I’m not sure if I can justify spending that much in the long term. Maybe for a 3-day juice cleanse, or to get started with a 5:2 diet. For context, the juices for a three-day juice cleanse cost around £70. 

It would be more cost-efficient to make them at home. If you invest in a cold-pressed juicer and some reusable bottles, you could do it for much cheaper.

My Thoughts

I love the products and can see the numerous health benefits they offer. I love how they have iced lattes and coffee options, as well. Some of the drinks seem so delicious – I’d love to try the ones with watermelon, mint and lime. It sounds so refreshing!

I’d love to rebuy the juices, but the price is a big sticking point for me. I think if you are struggling with motivation and are too busy to think too much about your diet, it would be good to use Nutriseed on a short-term basis. If money isn’t an object, then go ahead and incorporate these products into your daily routine!
