We stumbled across Thomas Elena Beach Bar as it was very close to our hotel. We found it trying to find the beach.
It’s a little secret garden tucked away, a beach bar with decking, tables and lounges. There are steps down with a further 12 sun lounges on that you can hire for 2 chairs for 5 euros. They even reserve them for you the night before so you won’t miss out.
Then there are further steps right onto the beach. It’s a stunning location with a beautiful abandoned hotel next door, which has just been bought and hopefully will be done up next season.
About Thomas Elena Beach Bar
Thomas and Elanor used to work at Mimoza Beach Hotel. After a change in management, they decided to open their own bar and what a fantastic job they have done.
It only opened at the start of the season, it’s open from 10 am -midnight and both Thomas and Elanor are there the whole time to greet you. We’ve had many great conversations with them and they are a lovely couple. They say hello and ask how you are as soon as you walk in. We preferred going here to staying at our hotel during the day and it was a lovely place to have a drink in the evening by the sea.
They have a lovely cocktail selection and a small food menu which they hope to extend in the future.
I’d recommend anyone staying in the Argassi area to visit here. It’s a stunning location, the service is brilliant and I really do wish Thomas and Elanor great success in their business. They deserve it.
My manager visited Argassi and I told him to go to Thomas Elena Beach Bar. He loved it and went a few times with his wife.
Thomas and Elena also have a Facebook group, they often share videos and photos of Thomas Elena Beach Bar and the beach and see.

It looks lovely. The pictures are stunning, love that blue water.
Oh the views of the beach look lovely! It sounds like such a ncie bar too, always good when you get chatting to the staff and find out how friendly they are – even better when they are the owners like you found here!
This looks so lovely! It’s so nice to support small, local businesses both at home and abroad and help support someone’s dream. I like the sound of an Irish Fizz! x

Thomas and Elena have worked like Trojans to get to this point and the results are spectacular.
The facility where they are now based was one of my favourite restaurants for pizza and spaghetti in the oven 25 years ago. The hotel next door, the Levante beach was also a great place to go after the meal. We used to order a bottle of wine for around 100 drachmas and sit on the marble covered patio just looking at the stars and listening to the waves.
Happy times indeed and Iām sure that Thomas and Elena will create a similar atmosphere.
All the best wishes to one of the hardest working couples on the island.
