I’ve never been shy about being a massive number whore. Or the fact that my love for statistics often changes.
I can go from tracking everything, knowing exactly what my growth and goals are, to not really knowing or caring. It all depends on what else is going on in my life and how motivated I feel at the time.
I’ve written posts before on why I care about my page views and stats and why that’s okay, as well as why I don’t care. And that’s okay, too.
Q1: Do you keep a track of any stats of numbers relating to blogging?

I think about numbers a lot, as well. When you invest a lot of time in something (and blogging and making videos certainly takes a lot of time) it’s only natural to see what’s getting the best reaction. This post really reminds me that I need to join more Twitter chats! I always forget them! x

Very interesting. I keep track off and on but I have realised something – I actually don’t know how to use the stats I track to improve. This has been a bit frustrating. I don’t know how to take advantage of the information I have. I guess I will need to see if there are any articles about this.
I go through phases with blog stats too, at the moment I’m not too bothered about them but that may change! I don’t know what’s a ‘good’ number for monthly stats so it’s interesting to know what other people’s are (even though we shouldn’t compare, blahblahblah) x
