Well, this is something I thought I’d never do – post photos in a swimming costume! I couldn’t brave it in the bikini though. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to, even if I was a size 8 muscle machine. Ha.

Anyway, earlier this year I was sent some swimwear samples to review when it got closer to the holiday period. And that time is now.

I was sent this lovely blue swimming costume by Miraclesuit.

Miraclesuit is a brand with the tagline ‘Look 10lbs lighter in 10 seconds’. They produce swimwear that flattens, shapes and streamlines your silhouette.

Although I’m not unhappy with my body, I’m not going to say no to looking 10lbs lighter, yanno?

I tend to wear swimming costumes over bikinis now, I just feel more comfortable with them and I don’t want to spend my holidays worrying about how my stomach looks!

I’m going to Cyprus in September, and I’d love to be confident enough to get in a bikini by then. Especially as I was also sent this stunning bikini by a brand called Anita.

The sarong in the above photo matches the bikini and is also by Anita. I love the pattern and colours. Pinky coral colours are my favourite and I always find myself gravitating towards them in the summer!

You can visit Patricia Eve to find the list of stock lists for Miraclesuit. They have a fantastic range this summer full of colour and beautiful prints.

You can also visit to see the range of bikinias, swimsuits and tankinis. Again, great quality swimwear with vibrant patterns and colours. A great way to look stylish and stand out on your holiday this summer!

What colour and type of swimwear do you go for?

  1. I find costumes look hugely unattractive on me – I’m a size eight but hourglass and have some serious curves top and bottom! Bikinis are definitely the way to go for me, though I can’t say I love either my stomach or my thighs! x

  2. Cyprus is gorgeous you will have a wonderful time. The blue costume looks lovely on such a pretty colour and like you I love wearing something to cover the stomach up Lucy x

  3. Ooh these look lovely! I’m hoping to be slim enough and feel confident enough to buy a bikini for my holiday in June, but if not I’ll definitely look at miraclesuit, I totally agree I wouldn’t say no to looking 10lb lighter haha!
Hope you have a fab holiday in September! 🙂 xx

  4. You look great in the swimsuit! Such a lovely figure, all the work in the gym is definitely paying off 🙂 I know what you mean about the swim suit vs bikini debate, I just found some lovely swimsuits in river Island that have structuring on the tummy part… perrrrfect!

  5. These are gorgeous suits…I haven’t had a new suit in years, mostly because I haven’t gone swimming, but I should really fix that! Look great on you 🙂 xx

  6. These are both gorgeous! I’m much more of a swimsuit girl, luckily you can get some nice ones now…they used to be so frumpy! x

  7. You look great, Corinne!! And it was so very brave of you to have a swim suit blog post (I’d never have the guts to do that!)!

  8. I love that wrap and that other swimsuit looks so cute too!!! I love the pattern!

  9. Looking 10 lbs. lighter is a great selling point! These look fab! I tend to favor retro style swimsuits that are more covered up.

  10. I’ve always worn bikini due to my body shape, if I wear one piece swimsuit, sometimes I look as flat as a paddle board. LOL!

  11. I love swimsuits with floral patterns. I am very short and have a pear shaped body, so I normally prefer bikinis. Though I am not a big fan of showing my non existent 6 pack either:))

  12. Oh love this bathing suit, you look so fab! I don’t really wear swimsuits I don’t feel comfortable haha 🙂

  13. The wraparound effect really is flattering and the patterned bikini is a win! You look great by the way xx

  14. You look great, Corinne – love that blue colour and hope you have fun in Cyprus, if you want any tips just DM me (we went to Paphos, Troodos and a few places along the coast)

  15. Love that bikini. I don’t really wear swimsuits, I feel really self conscious in a bikini or a swimsuit! But it’s definitely something I need to work on.

  16. That swimsuit and wrap are absolutely beautiful! I love the colors, especially how they compliment each other.

  17. You have a beautiful figure and look lovely in your blue swimsuit and pretty print cover-up.

  18. This sounds weird but I’m actually more comfortable in a bikini than a full swim suit. I think it’s because full swim suits give me flash backs to high school swimming lessons and there was NOTHING fun about those!

That blue colour is stunning and you look gorgeous as always! I do love that bikini print though, that’s right up my street!

  19. You look amazing – do you reckon if I wore like four of these in one go I might look 40lbs lighter?
