June has been a lot of fun, but it’s also got me a bit off track.
- Moving house
- Assignment due
- Birthday 2nd July
- Social life
All these things meant that my schedule has been inconsistent and hard to maintain. I’ve but stuck in a bit of a rut with blogging I’ve not been able to get a week ahead like I usually can, instead I’m scrambling to get posts together the night before because I’ve been having to spend more time doing my CIM assignment.
Moving house has also taken a lot of time up. We’ve also been really busy with weddings and other things. This has meant my fitness routine has been a little off track, I’ve been eating and drinking more than normal and I’ve really struggled to plan and get any consistency in anything.
I need to get things back on track. I need to start eating better, getting my exercise back and being more organised with my blogging.
I have a week to get things kickstarted before I go back to work. Here’s what I’m doing to do:
- Weigh myself for the first time in over a month
- Do some running daily after my workouts
- Get a week ahead in blogging
- Stay without my macros
- Eat healthy

My PT is going to weigh me next Tuesday. Hopefully, this little kick start will mean I can drop a few of the pounds that I’m sure I’ve gained over the past couple of weeks then I can get back on track!

It can be hard to squeeze in exercise when you have a lot going on in your life so it’s always good when you make it a priority. I’ve been slacking a little myself lately and I really need to try to getting more cardio into my workouts.
