Target Taverna, Argassi

If you read my blog two years ago, you might rememer that my brother and sister-in-law renewed their wedding vows on our holiday in Cyprus.

The 4th of September was the second year since the renewal, so we celebrated by going for a meal in the mountains of Zante so we could watch the sunset.

Target is a pretty cool place to eat. You can call them to book a table and they’ll come and pick you up from the hotel and drop you back off again. It was about 20 minutes in the taxi and when you got up there, you could see stunning views of Argassi.

They gave us a free bottle of champagne for the anniversary. The food was pretty cheap. I ordered Lamb Kleftiko again, sadly it didn’t come on fire inside foil packaging. It wasn’t is nice as the one I had at Granada. It was quite oily and lamb wasn’t cooked as well. Everyone else enjoyed their meals.

After food, we were givena shot of Ouzo.

The man who drove the taxi and the waiter were both lovely, chatty, bubbly men. Even though I don’t think the food was brilliant, the service and views made upf or it.
