AD| You may have heard the phrase ‘ltransformational life coach’ being thrown around and be unsure what it means. I always thought it was something wealthy Americans had on those popular TV shows! I was not really sure what it was about! I didn’t think life coaching or expat coaching was something for me, but over the years I’ve learnt a bit more about it and now lifestyle coaching really makes sense to me.

I moved to France when I was 21. It was a big, terrifying experience and I often felt alone. I read about 50 books when I lived in France for one year, which is nice, but I can’t help thinking that with a bit of help from a lifestyle coach, I could have done something a bit more useful with my time in a different country!
