AD| You may have heard the phrase ‘ltransformational life coach’ being thrown around and be unsure what it means. I always thought it was something wealthy Americans had on those popular TV shows! I was not really sure what it was about! I didn’t think life coaching or expat coaching was something for me, but over the years I’ve learnt a bit more about it and now lifestyle coaching really makes sense to me.
I moved to France when I was 21. It was a big, terrifying experience and I often felt alone. I read about 50 books when I lived in France for one year, which is nice, but I can’t help thinking that with a bit of help from a lifestyle coach, I could have done something a bit more useful with my time in a different country!

What is EFT tapping & how does it work?
The Emotional Freedom Technique uses tapping on energy points (like acupuncture) to release negative blocks of emotion for limiting beliefs, stress, releasing negative emotions and blocks.
Andrea started using it around 10 years ago to manage her stress and anxiety. She then decided to get trained in EFT so that she could help other people.
EFT works by tapping on Chinese acupressure points with two fingers to stimulate energy in the body while acknowledging negative thoughts and replacing them with positive affirmations. This can help to restore balance in our emotions and life.
