The perfect diamonds for a wedding.

Last Christmas, I got engaged.  Wow, how different things were then! We had just moved into our new house and Leo did not exist! Not to mention that I don’t think I’d even heard of coronavirus.

We did book a wedding last February, it was supposed to be this Easter Sunday. We decided to delay it because of Covid, so it’s now next Easter. Which is good because we’ve not had time to do any type of planning as I got pregnant the month after we booked the wedding! We are so lucky we were able to delay it, we had the option of that or just have 15 guests. The closer the date gets, the happier I am that we did delay as it’s clear that this virus isn’t getting any better soon and it’s nice to be able to put it out of my mind and focus on having the baby. We will have to start planning in a few months.

One of the many things we do need to look at is wedding rings. Abelini has such a great selection of diamond jewellery and an extensive wedding ring collection for both men and women.

Whether you want a diamond ring or a plain one, you can search through what they have to offer and pick which type of metal. Gold, rose gold, white gold or platinum. There are many other options on most products, such as diamond size, bandwidth, clarity and colour so you really do get that feeling of selecting your unique piece and if a wedding isn’t an excuse for bespoke jewellery, then I don’t know what is.

I really love the waved diamond band. It’s so unique and beautiful. I’d love that if I was to wear just the wedding ring and not my engagement ring. If I’m going to wear them both, I think I’ll go for a plain and simple white gold band. I’ve not decided what I want yet!

Another thing I need to sort is my wedding dress and what else I am wearing, but I would like a pendant and a bracelet. I don’t have any diamond jewellery other than my engagement ring. I usually wear a simple white gold chain with a heart on that my partner bought me a few years ago but I’ve taken it off as Leo keeps grabbing things when I’m feeding him. It would be nice to replace it with a diamond pendant I would wear on my wedding day and then keep on.

They have a lot to choose from. I’m not sure if I would go for a simple stone, a black diamond or a colour stone.

As well as being a UK company that offers great customer service, Albelini are careful to ensure they only use ethically sourced materials in their products. They also have a Trustpilot score of 4.9 so you can read other peoples experience of buying jewellery from there. It’s always good to research before spending a lot of money online!

That wavey diamond band is really nice! A simple diamond pendant would probably be a good bet for your wedding day jewelry since it would go with pretty much any style of wedding dress and it’s a piece that you would still be able to wear aftewwards.

What lovley pieces! it’s lucky you did reschuedule so you didn’t have to try plan with everything else going on! I hope that you are able to pick the perfect pieces for your special day soon 🙂

Hope that you had a great weekend! Ours was a nice quiet one at home with the 3 day Brisbane lockdown due to there being a case of coronavirus outside hotel quarantine, but lockdown ends tonight as there have been no more cases 🙂

I think it’s better to wait until you can have the wedding you want. A few years after you get married it is very likely that the wedding day will be less important, but, still, it’s better to have what you dream of to begin with.
    These wedding rings are lovely.
