Some of us are more responsive to our environment than others. A lot of us are guilty of being constantly on the go and never take that time to sit back and spend a bit of time on our mental state.

Well, until now. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, trapped in our homes just a bit more than we would like. Whether you are a complete homebody and currently living your best life (this is me!) or you’re someone who loves to go out, socialise and constantly be in new places – we all have a bit more time on our hands than normal and it’s important now more than ever that we’re taking that time to check in on ourselves mentally and completely relax.

This is were Scentered comes in. While originally developed to help people transition mindfully on our everyday journey, like from home to office, we might need a bit more help separating the two if you are working from home. Or just a bit of time after work to unwind if you are a key worker and putting yourself at risk on a daily basis.

  1. I myself have been struggling so much to sleep! It’s the worst because I feel so tired all the time.

    1. Ah that’s so frustrating! I just end up trying to read until I can’t keep my eyes open when that happens!
