Degustabox October

Ah, I didn’t get a Degustabox last month as they recently changed courier and didn’t recognise my address. Thankfully things are back on track now! This is the Home Comforts box..

Growers Garden // Fresh Broccoli Crisps

This is a newly launched product = broccoli crisps using broccoli grown on their own farm. If I am completely honest, I think things like this are a bit of a gimmick. They still have a similar amount of calories to a bag of baked crisps but are just more expensive.

The chilli and cheese flavour was lovely but the plain flavour was a bit boring. I would buy if they were cheaper as it’s only a small bag. They are gluten-free and low in saturated fat.

£1.29

Maille Honey & Tartare Sauce

I’ve seen this brand a lot but never tried it. I’ve been using the mustard to go with ham sandwiches at work and it’s a thumbs up for me. I’ve not tried the tartar sauce yet but will be cracking it out with our next fish dish…

£1.99

Amy’s Kitchen Soup

I know of Amy’s kitchen from the gluten-free section at work. This was a tasty veg soup, warm and filling and perfect for these cold days.

£2

Gourmet Drops

Since having caramel lattes, I can’t stand to have my coffee without sugar anymore. So these vanilla and chocolate drops are a great way to add a bit of sweetness without the sugar.

£3.99

Pip’s Real Hot Chocolate

I’ve not tried these yet but can’t wait to. Melt into milk for high-quality drinking chocolate. Yum.

£1.50

Clarks Original Maple Syrup

Perfect for porridge and pancakes, this is a staple for any cupboard for wintery mornings.

£2

Snatt’s Garlic and Parsley Mediterranean Baked Snacks

I may or not have eaten these all in one go after a bottle of wine.

No regrets.

I’ve never seen them in a supermarket before but if I do they’re going straight in my basket.

£1.49

Upbeat Drinks Juicy Protein Water

I’ve not tried this yet, but this water has 12g of protein, so great for during or after workouts if you’re struggling to get your protein in.

£1.79

Whitworth Shots

I’ve worked with this brand in the past and love these shots. They’re great for cereal toppers or a snack on their own – either at home or on the go.

£1.89

Boost + Protein

12g of protein in every bar – a good way to re-energize. Honestly, I didn’t think too much of it and would rather have a protein bar with 20g.

£1.49

tick tock tea bags

Tick Tock Tea

I’m not a fan of flavoured tea, I’d rather have hot chocolate, tea or coffee. But my boyfriend will enjoy these.
