I mentioned in yesterdays post that I made some lamb gyros with the greek flatbread from My Deli Kitchen.
It’s a super easy recipe so I wanted to share! Here’s what you need:
- diced lamb
- hot sauce
Dice the garlic ( I used 2 cloves) and mix in a bowl with the diced lamb, hot sauce to taste, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Fry in a pan.
Make a simple salad using the greens, cucumber and tomatoes.
When the lamb is cooked, serve in a bowl with the salad, tzatziki and flatbread!
It’s so simple and takes around 20 minutes.
