After a sad start to January due to the loss of a family member and a funeral – things got better. I had a great time at #blogatthebeach with some amazing bloggers. I went out to York a few times for drinks and food and worked out lots!
I really have done January right in terms of fitness, though there are a couple of times I drank too much which meant I couldn’t work out the next day or did a rubbish workout!
I don’t have anything planned for February. Hopefully, I can work out as much, drink less and eat as much nice food!
I’ve been trying to make my Instagram a bit better over the past couple weeks and I’ve even been using Instagram stories! I’d love it if you would visit my page, follow and maybe give me a few likes and comments?

Oh I’m so sorry to read about your loss, it’s hard at any time, but an especially sad way to start the year. I’m glad there were still some nice points to the month – and you managed to take and share a lot of lovely photos.
