Conservatory at Crown, Melbourne

Conservatory at Crown, Melbourne

I’m not really sure how to describe The Crown in Melbourne. It’s a selection of bars, casinos, restaurants, hotels, bars and more. I have never seen a casino so big in my life! It’s a pretty amazing place to go visit and I do recommend you do if you ever find yourself in Melbourne.

For my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary, my brother and his wife treated them to dinner at The Conservatory.

It’s an all you can eat restaurant with stunning food. It’s pricey but worth it. There is so much food to choose from and it’s all delicious. King prawns, sushi, cheese, olives, Chinese, Indian, Italian and roast dinners. There’s something for everyone.

In the dessert section, there’s ice cream, sweets, chocolate foundations, cakes, macaroons and more. It’s a place a lot of celebrities go to eat. This was confirmed when we saw George Takei from Star Wars eating there. I tried to subtlety get a photo but it didn’t really work and there’s no way I’d go up to something during their dinner and ask for one, so that was that! (I did see Mark Owen from Take That earlier walking across a bridge in Melbourne and got a photo with him!).

I’ll let the photos do the talking, though they don’t really capture how grand the whole place is.
