Getting yourself noticed on Twitter can be quite the task when everyone else is also trying to get their links and thoughts out there. Retweet accounts are Twitter accounts that have been set up specifically to retweet content. Anyone can set them up and the rules are simple – tag them in your tweet and they’ll retweet it.
