I know I usually feature fitness related content over on my fitness blog, but I do like to talk about it here from time to time as I have much more readers here and I think fitness and exercise is an important thing that everyone should be doing.
I was recently offered the opportunity to feature some products from JD Williams. While I could have picked other things, I opted to look in the sports section. I found a lovely orange top and blue bottoms from New Balance, so asked for them.
Getting new workout clothes that make you feel great is something that really keeps me motivated at the gym and these did not disappoint. I actually felt slimmer in the bright orange top than I do in my normal darker kit! I think that’s all to do with the cut. My other gym tops are baggier and hang off me, where as this top hugs in at the waist. I have quite a small waist compared to my hips, so winning all around!
Exercise doesn’t always have to be about losing weight, it’s brilliant for many other things, such as:
- Boosting happiness.
- Helping you sleep.
- Increase strength
- Improve confidence.
- Reduce risk of heart disease.
- Increases energy.
- Improve the immune system.
- Live longer.
Not only that, but it means you can indulge in cheese and wine a little without having to worry about gaining weight, as you’ll be burning it off in the gym.
