Bundobust Leeds

This is my commitment to you. Because I’m nice like that. I promise the next time I go to Bundobust, a vegetarian and vegan Indian street food place in Leeds, I’ll get okra fries.

Sharon got them and I was jealous.

I had a bit of an outing last week with Hayley and Sharon. 100% of the time these type of outings start with drinks and ends in Bundobust. Sharon is vegan and Hayley is vegetarian, so it’s a no-brainer really. Half them menu is vegan, so we all have plenty fo choose from.

Every single time I go to Bundobust, I always get the biriyani bhaji balls and tarka┬ádahl. I usually get the paneer and mushroom tikka, which is served like a kabab on sticks but decided to try something different, so I went with massala dosa – a kind of spring roll filled with potato and veg that came with a lentil soup.

It was very nice, but probably not nice enough to get it again. Next time, I’ll stick with my original two and get okra fries!

Have you ever been to Bundobust?

I love Bundobust! As a vegan it’s so nice to look at a menu and be spoiled for choice rather than just accepting the one mediocre choice available. I always get the biriyani balls and okra fries – SO GOOD!
