Knocking things off my bucket list with Wyboston Lakes Hotel

Knocking things off my bucket list with Wyboston Lakes Hotel

Wyboston Lakes Hotel

I’m almost 30. Oh no. I’ve got four months left in my 20’s. Then I’m doomed. Or something.

On Saturday night I sat and wrote down 30 things I’d like to do before I’m 30. Well, realistically I’m going to get these things done before I’m 30, but I’d like to get them doing before I’m 30 one. Compromise.

One of the things on my bucket list is to stay in a luxury hotel.

Another thing on my bucket list is to spend a weekend in London.

Wyboston Lakes Hotel has the potential of letting me knock off two of goals in one! Although it’s not exactly in London, it’s located 50 miles away, which would break up my 200 mile journey up pretty nicely.

I think it would be lovely to drive down on a Friday afternoon, have a nice evening and loungy morning there before heading to London for the weekend.

The hotel has golf, a spa, plenty of spots to fish and walks to enjoy, as well as a bar and grill.

Good looking man is not included.

They also have a special offer page, which might be worth checking out if you’re interested in some of their spa treatments!

Have you ever stayed in a hotel like this?

I love hotels, they’re like little bubbles of fantasy, an escape from anything and everything. I’ve stayed in a luxury hotel once and if I could go back I would do it all so differently, I didn’t use the facilities or anything, I just remember getting very drunk (it was a wedding) and the breakfast buffet being seriously out of this world – pretty sure there was caviar knocking about on it!

What a marvellous place…I’d love to stay in a luxury hotel one day. Might not want to leave, but it would be fun 🙂 x

I haven’t stayed in many fancy hotels as it wasn’t easy with student budget. You can combine weekend away in London in a luxury hotel. The best one I stayed was Park Plaza Country Hall in London, good thing is I didn’t pay a single penny thanks to my bro:) It is only a few minutes away to London Eye and hotel is so good! So check for offers, I’m sure you’d love that hotel 🙂 x

Nothing beats a weekend getaway. One with a spa, nice food and beautiful grounds. This one looks lovely. Having a checklist for life is no bad thing Lucy x

Oh good lord, that bed!!! <3 I stay in hotels a lot but they are not of this calibre – I'm more of a travelodge girl; price over quality and all that. 😉 Although we once stayed in a 5 star B&B near Oban and that was amazing!

I LOVE hotels!!! I feel like being in one is a pamper in itself because I don’t have to make the bed and there’s a housekeeper daily! 🙂
