Blogging and Christmas

We already know that I love Christmas – I’ve published plenty of blog posts on the subject already. It was only a matter of time before we had a #socialbloggers chat around it. I know it’s cliche, but IT’S CHRISTMAS.

I love reading Christmas blog posts, I really like reading posts about peoples family traditions – or posts about how people in different countries celebrate Christmas different from us in the UK!

I love looking at Christmas jumpers, Christmas outfits and most of all PRESENT HAULS! I love seeing what people have gotten for Christmas, because I’m super nosey πŸ™‚

As I work in retail, Christmas requires planning for me in regards to blogging as I sometimes haveΒ work extra hour – and I’m working 10 days in a row up until Christmas day. Doom. So I have to have everything scheduled and ready to go so I’m not overly stressed. Which I will be. Obvs. I’m way too anal about blogging daily!

What does Christmas and blogging look like for you?

Q1 What type of Christmas themed posts have you got planned for this year?

Q2 Does Christmas and the New Year interfere with your blogging schedule?

Q3 What are your favourite type of Christmas posts to read?

Q4 What do you enjoy the most about Christmas?

Q5 What’s your favourite Christmas song and movie?

haha this post is just reminding me I need to work out what I’m doing blog-wise over Christmas! I like to try step away from the computer for a few days so I’ll need to decide if I want anything scheduled or just leave it for a few days.

Yay! Christmas! I’ve made a list of Christmassy posts that I want to do, its long enough to cover Blogmas but I don’t know if I’ll have the chance to schedule far enough ahead to keep up with the challenge! I love reading any and all Christmas posts, especially foodie posts and gift guides. I really like reading up on what Christmas means to people and how everyone does Christmas differently!

If I worked 10 days in a row, I would be dead tired and have zero time for the blog. Hauls and gift ideas are interesting and I like reading them. My favourite Christmas films are Elf and home alone, also I shouldn’t forget Shrek’s short animations πŸ™‚ x

Like you I love Christmas and normally have loads of posts planned but this year with the little one coming any day I have not done as many as I would normally do. I have been enjoying yours though Lucy x
