Glossybox September 2015 // The Style Edition

Glossybox September 2015

I got my Glossybox yesterday, whoo!! I also took most of these photos on my brand new lens which I am in love with. So that was fun.

Okay, we don’t have too much time because I’ve just bought an xBox One and I’ve told myself I can set it up after I’ve wrote this post! So let’s have a peak inside the box!

Maria Nila Luminous Colour Masque // £18.95

Okay, I appreciate how this is a full size product. And it’s expensive. And it smells like Starburst (OR OPAL FRUITS!) but it’s a product aimed at coloured hair to help lock your colour in. Doom. I have no colour on any of my hairs. Not even one.

However, I am going to use it anyway and see how it’s strengthening and nourishing ingredients can help my dry, sun damaged hair.

Nails Inc Nail Polish // £11.00

Two autumn colours were sent out to Glossyboxers (I’m not sure what the term is for those who buy Glossybox :/ ) and I got the Blush Pink. It’s long lasting nail varnish, in theory.

I’d never pay this much for a nail varnish though as I’ve found some expensive ones to last a lot less longer than some cheaper brands. Like Wet & Wild. Which is brilliant and I bought loads only $1-2 when I was inside of the US of A.

Marsk Eyeshadow Brush Pro // £16.50

You can’t really go wrong with another eyeshadow brush, right? It is a little bigger than I tend to like in an eyeshadow brush, but I’m sure it will help blend those colours well.

Bellapierre Shimmer Powder // £12.99

I’ve had a few things from Bellapierre now and I have to admit that I do think they are overpriced for what they are.

I always feel like their packaging is a bit tacky and flimsy.

Anyway, this grey/beige shade is supposed to last all day without creasing or smudging – that’s a bold claim!

Invisibobble Traceless Hair Ring // £4.00

I always have a kink in my hair when I’ve had my hair up. Invisibobble is supposed to stop that happening – it’s soft on the hair, too, so won’t break away or damage your hair.

WELL DONE GLOSSYBOX. You’ve done well this month. I like some products more than others and really struggle to see why you’ve called this the style edition – but 5 full sized products and all ones which I’ll use is always a plus.

If there are any products I fall in love with, I’ll do a separate in depth review.

Okay, off to play Call of Duty now! Enjoy your weekend.
