I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I’ve started to enjoy having more general topics in #socialbloggers rather than topics that are only blogging related.
With so many chats going on, and this being the 72nd #socialbloggers chat, it can be hard finding unique blogging related topics that haven’t be covered before.
I like the chat to be about other things too, to be motivational and to inspire us to want to be the best us we can be.
That’s why I decided on fitness to be this weeks topic.
I’m really into keeping fit, which you’ll know if you follow my fitness blog. It’s not about weight or looks for me – it’s being being healthy, both in body and in mind.
Exercise can help you feel happier, have more energy, sleep better as well as improve your overall health.
Who doesn’t want that?
Like most things that are good for you, it’s not always easy to stick to a workout plan. I like to keep my workouts varied – I’ll mix it up between the gym, cycling, running and doing yoga/weights at home. I also snowboard once a month or so – learning something new can be a great motivator!
I’d love to hear about some of your fitness goals, routines and thoughts around exercise.
Hope you had a nice weekend!

Haha my answers make me sound like such a noob xD
I really like these roundup posts. I wish people did this after every chat especially the really busy ones like #lbloggers. It’s impossible to keep up with everyone’s answers.

I’m so sorry I missed this chat. I love working out, even though I don’t have time at the moment.
I run every morning and go to the gym 2-3 times a weeks depending of my work schedule if I’m not traveling for business.
I am literally the least motivated person right now, so I really needed this, especially since my school formal is this weekend and I haven’t done a single thing to tone my body or whatever. I guess it’s time to start. As long as I don’t have a gut, I’ll be good. Exercise starts tomorrow. And despite what I’ve written above, it really is about feeling healthy. That bloated feeling and breaking out is always negative. Sometimes you just feel smarter and fresher when you haven’t pigged out and have just gone for a jog.

It’s good to keep fit. I like going walking, do kettle bell workouts and eat well too. Also do the rowing machine too!! Happy week doll x
I don’t really workout I do sometimes, I like the treadmill! 🙂
RedLip&Love
I used to hit the gym 6 days a week and spent 1 1/2 hours each time doing weight and cardio however I have since discovered yoga is doing so much more for me. I swear my body is in a better shape just with yoga alone.

This is such a fun chat! I definitely need to work harder on my health and fitness.
What a great post, Corinne! I really enjoyed reading all the answers. I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 3 years and Hot Yoga for 8 months and I love it! I also try to eat health on the daily basis, I’m vegan, so I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Hope you have a great week! xx

I love the feeling when I have been to the gym and done exercise. But the motivation to go is really difficult and I have never done it long enough to make it a routine Lucy x
