As last weeks #socialbloggers chat was about life lessons, I though it would be a good add on to have one about blog lessons.
I think most bloggers will agree that the information they gather around blog etiquette, social media and the technical side to blogging is quite vast. It can be surprising when you sit down and think about what you knew before you first hit publish compared with what you know now. Even if you’ve only been blogging for a short amount of time.
So let’s see what our #socialbloggers have been learning about blogging.. please do have a read and then leave your thoughts in the comments below.

An interesting chat, blogging is quite different from what I initially thought when I set out. It’s better, there is a community and everyone is very supportive Lucy x
These are great!! It shows a lot of us feel the same about stuff that happens in blogging 🙂 xx
Great question I will said do not expect to much and if people comment and they are blogger repay the visit they will appreciate that also in the same note do not wait till they visit to visit their blog is not consider a real follower. I stated 2 years ago and I see less collaboration then I did in the beginning.
Great to see the answers of many different bloggers! <3
This is a really good chat! It’s good to see that other bloggers have the same views as myself. I agree that it’s so important NOT to get caught up in views, although it can be hard sometimes…

Good pieces of advice! Thanks for compiling all these answers. I won’t miss next chats on Twitter!
It’s lovely being able to relate to all these bloggers who have talked about their blogging lessons here. Definitely blog as an outlet, not because you have to, and don’t worry about stats. All that HTML and CSS stuff though – I don’t get it!
