InstaNatural Scar Gel Cream

InstaNatural Scar Gel Cream

Let’s talk about scars.

I has a lot of them. On my face and body. It’s not something that I enjoy talking about or having to look at, but eh, we all have things about ourselves we wish were different. And the marks on my skin are a big one for me.

So when I had the chance to review this Scar Gel by InstaNatural, I was intrigued. I won’t say excited because I doubt any gel is going to reduce the appearance of the majority of scars on my skin. Think 10 year old keloid scars that I either have to cover up or not think about.

What it claims to do:

InstaNatural Scar Gel promises to reduce the appearance of scars. It’s recommended for surgical scars, acne scars, burns or dark spots.

It slowly fades marks over time.

It’s not the nicest colour cream, it’s brown. But it doesn’t leave your skin brown. It has a slight smell that reminds me of something but I can’t put my finger no what. I want to say some form of alcohol. Maybe rum. Ha.

The advanced ingredients that help reduce scars are:

  • Epidermal Growth Factor
  • Fucoxanthin
  • Astaxanthin
  • Green Tea
  • Gotu Kola

For best results, use this twice a day as part of your skincare routine.

Though I’ve not seen a reduction in old scars, it seems to help new scars fade. I’ve had spots that usually would have left a mark that seem to have heeled faster, so if you struggle with acne it might be worth adding this into your routine to help boost heeling.

Though I’m interested to see if this will work better on older scars after using for a bit longer.
