Glossybox March 2015 // Step into Spring

Glossybox March 2015

Spring is almost here. Hurray!

The blogger world is rejoicing – lighter evenings, floral dresses and pastel nails.

The folks at Glossybox also getting into the Spring spirit by theming their March Glossybox after my favourite season.

Actually, I’m pretty sure that I say every season is my favourite season. I guess I’m just fickle like that. But after the last few months, I’m done with the wind and rain. And I’m looking forward to not driving to and from work in the dark anymore.

Oh, and the 7pm runs just as the sun is setting. You can’t beat those…

Dove Advanced Hair Series – Shampoo and Conditioner

Dove Advanced Hair Series Shampoo and Conditioner glossybox march

This was the only thing in the whole box that wasn’t full sized. It’s a 50ml bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Which you can’t really complain at, getting them both and all.

I’ve always wanted to try Dove hair products. I love the smell of their skin products and these both smell delightful. I’m going to Paris for 5 days in June and these are going to be perfect for that!

These are samples from their Youthful Vitality range. It’s created to help prevent breakage of brittle, damaged hair to leave you with stronger, sleeker and thicker looking hair.

ncLA Nail Lacquer

I’ve not heard of this nail varnish brand before, but it’s in shade like.. totally valley girl, which is apparently ncLA’s best selling shade.

It’s the perfect neon pastel for spring. It’s a quick-dry formula that’s free of toxins.

It removes dead skin cells to help brighten dull skin and give your complexion a boost.

You apply it to slightly damp skin and delicately massage into your skin.

Essence Lash Princess Volume Mascara

Essence Lash Princess Volume Mascara

I’ve tried one essence mascara before and I wasn’t a massive fan. Though I have tried some products by essence that I love, such as their liquid liner. So I look forward to trying this and seeing how I feel about it. Though it’s now in the back of the queue, I have loads of unopened mascaras waiting to be tried!

This mascara boasts about it’s ability to coat every lash with it’s cobra head-shaped wand for extra length and dramatic volume. Can’t wait.

Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm

Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm

Carmex is one of the most popular lip brands in the UK. I always liked their squeezy yellow tube with the red lid when growing up. It was tingly. Woo.

This is a sheer tint balm that helps give your lips an enhancing boost. It’s packed with vitamin E, aloe and shea butter to keep your smackers smooth.

My Glossy Notes Pad

Glossybox March 2015

I was sent this notepad as a thank you for being subscribed for over a year. Wow, has it been that long?

It’s plain paper but it’s a great quality notebook. Perfect to sit in my desk for as and when I need to note something down.

Glossybox March 2015

Another fantastic box by Glossybox. I’m glad I kept my subscription with them rather than Birchbox as I’ve been really happy with the last three or four boxes I’ve had. They’re really been upping their game lately and I’m looking forward to seeing what I get in next months box.

Which item would you like to try the most?
