As some as you know, I also own a fitness blog and been working hard on my fitness over the past 4 months.

I keep the blogs separate as I have a lot of topics I cover on this blog and would struggle to squeeze diet and fitness in too, but I wanted to share some of my recent posts.


  • I created this infographic about how I stay healthy.
  • I started a 40 day fitness challenge with DW Sports. You can, too.
  • I completed the P90 workout program.
  • I passed the second level of my snowboarding lessons.
  • I wrote a post about music and exercise.
  • I shared what I ate Wednesday.
  • I finally got back on my bike!
  • I attended a bloggers event about juicing.

  4. Good for you for your 4 months of fitness. I started going to the gym in January. It wasn’t exactly a new years resolution but I was feeling really weird about myself. So I started going to the gym to help myself feeling stronger about myself-physically and mentally. And I love the effects the gym has had. It’s one of my favorite parts of the day ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. This is great!! Love fitness, even though I can slump in it sometimes. I work out with kettle bells, eat right and go walking as well! I cut out a lot of junk and felt loads better too!!
