Probiotic are is of those words that I’ve heard often but never really bothered to find out what the crack is.
Basically, what these tablets do is help you to maintain a healthy balance of bacteria in your gut and support normal digestive function.
I read reviews on amazon to see what others had to say about the product.
Most people said that after a few days of taking these, they felt a lot healthier, it helped give them a boost of energy, reduced fatigue, reduced bloating, gave clearer skin and many claimed that it helped to regulate the digestive system.
I also leant from the reviews that around 80% of your immune system is located in your gut. It makes sense really, when you think that the point of entry for lots of illnesses and viruses will be your gut – keeping it healthy is the best way of keeping sickness at bay.
I was sent a 4 weeks supply to review, which I’ve now started taking and will review over on my fitness blog when I’ve finished the course.
First impressions are pretty good, the packaging is brilliant. There are a weeks worth per box and they are split into ‘AM’ and ‘PM’ so you can be sure you’ve not missed any. I love this as I always forget to take pills!
You take 2 (one probiotic and one prebiotic fiber)in the morning and 2 in the evening. I must admit that I did think 4 a day was a lot.
I was also sent a 7 days supply of the version to support healthy bones, which I’ll take when the main course is over.
So, incase you’re wondering why I’ve posted this without actually trying them yet – it’s because they’re giving three of my readers a 4 week supply. Woo.
Here’s what’s gonna happen, see. You fill in the Rafflecopter below and 3 people will be selected at random. I’ll then send you a code to get a 4 weeks supply sent to you via the Amazon website. woo. The end.
Interesting giveaway I do not know I will want this but there will be someone who might need it. Have a great day.
I have never used anything like this but I feel I should as I feel so run down all the time.

Cool I’ll give it a shot! I feel like my gut is kind of messed up after a round of anti-biotics AND food poisoning, so this might help me more than most people!
Sounds exactly like something I need! I get sick all the time.

I’d really like to try these xx
I’ve been taking probiotics for a while now, they’re great! Reduced bloating, helped digestion, not sure about better skin, I’ve never really had any massive problems.
I will publish a new post soon, it’s the Very Inspiring Blogger Award and you’ll be nominated 🙂

Can’t wait to see your review, I have mixed feelings about probiotics. If you’re not leading a particularly healthy lifestyle then I think they could help, but if you’re generally fit and well and rarely sick, they might not do much of anything?

I’ve been learning about probiotics lately and I’m very interested to give this a try! And the reviews on Amazon were amazing! You rarely see a product rated that high. (Fingers crossed)
Taking these definitely sounds like a good idea! Thank for sharing!

Sounds interesting! I tried a probiotic from GNC, and I really liked it 🙂
I used to regularly take co-enzyme Q-10 but unfortunately had to stop as it is very expensive!
havent tried any but could make a big difference to my life!
I have the worst digestion ever, I now take the probiotic drinks but not sure how much these actually work. Tablets would be loads easier and spiriting them into am and pm would mean not missing any. I am crap (pardon the pun) at remembering to take them Lucy x
These sound good, especially as I’m on antibiotics for a dental abscess (which I can’t for the life of me spell without spellchecker). Might help the sudden excema/psoriasis type patches that seem to have appeared from nowhere on me too! I haven’t tried a probiotic in the past because the drinks don’t taste great to me, actually I really haven’t had supplements like I should do. I took Folic Acid because I end up low on folates every once in a while, and I’ve tried Kelp for lethargy but supplements and probiotics are fascinating 🙂
I’ve never tried any supplements but these sound intriguing! Would love to try them!

I’ve tried the usual multivitamins, berocca style tablets and am currently using aloe vera juice. I am desperate to find something for my gut as I have always had issues and am due a colonoscopy in a few weeks. Not overly excited for that!
Hope you like them! I completely agree it’s all about the gut so it’s awesome your keeping yours healthy
