Nude ‘tude palette // Naked ladies make me happy.

Nude ‘tude palette // Naked ladies make me happy.

nude tude palette

Dust, my favourite colour in my Naked 3 palette, hit pan a while ago. Since then, it feels like it’s crumbling daily, along with my heart.

nude tude paletteI’ve been looking for a replacement, even though I was tempted to re-buy the Naked 3 just for this one shade that I love so much, but I saw this little palette on another blawwwwgggg and was like DING DING.

If naked ladies on a something isn’t going to sell me a product, then nothing is.

nude tude palette reviewThe Nude’tude palette by the Balm Cosmetics is a palette of 12 shimmery nudes, each with adorable names and it’s great for creating a natural look, or layering for something a little more sexy.

DSC_0182I’m really loving the two shades stubborn and stand-offish for a base, highlighting the centre of my eye with a bit of sassy and then adding a bit of silly or sexy to the outer corners.

The shadows all have great pigmentation and staying power – they even stayed put during a workout! That’s a win for me!

You can buy them for around £20-£25 each, which makes a great alternative to the Naked palettes if you’re wanting something a bit different and not as costly. I managed to bag mine for £15 from eBay – it was an ex-display model. The shadows were untouched, but the outer packaging did have some other make-up marks on them which were easily wiped off.

Gotta grab a bargain, right?

Have you tried any other products from the Balm Cosmetics?

I’m a bit intrigued now to try some other things by them!

Do you see yourself using a lot of the darker colors? That’s the problem I tend to have with larger palettes.

Loving The Balm, I’ve tried their cheek & lip stains and it was a great, creamy blush that blended well and didn’t go all weird on my skin like creamy anything normally does! Really like the look of this palette, so many pretty nudes!

What a lovely palette really nice smokey shades. I often go for individual shades on their own but I like that in a palette you can mix shades Lucy x

I cannot get my hands on anything from the Balm! I need to be able to swatch something before I buy it so I don’t like buying makeup on the internet unless I know I love it?!
I just need to find a superdrug that stocks it!
