I got a sample of this in a Birch Box and sprayed it on my wrists. I didn’t think much of it at first. It smelt quite cheap and average.
Then after it had settled, something happened. I think I fell in love.
It spent hours sniffing it. Deep breaths so I would never forget the smell.
It gave me the feeling that if I wore this perfume, I would be thinner, prettier, nicer, happier and just a better version of me.
I know that’s impossible, but smell is a powerful thing. Smelling nice makes me feel nice and this was just the nicest smell I had put my nose on.
I toyed with the idea of buying it, but it was only available in 100ml which cost £100.
I’ve never spent that much on a perfume. Even.
But, I’d be so much thinner, prettier, nicer and happier if I had this perfume.
So I bought it.
From Nana de Bary and her Liaison de Parfum line, this is one in a range of 4 – No Matter What.
It’s aimed at women who have a heartfelt of inspiration, are a free spirit and never give up, no matter what.
The scent itself includes bergamot and coriander to start with but settles into a rose, jasmine and peach with the base of musk, patchouli and vetiver.
The bottle came with samples of the other 3 in the range. But I’m too scared to try them in case need to buy those too!
I did a race recap of the 10k over on my fitness blog, so please go check it out 🙂
I also write a what I ate Wednesday post too!
