Hi friends,
Just a quick one today – a simple outfit of the day.
I really love green dresses and I’ve been on a quest to get my hands on perfect green dress for a long time. This is exactly the colour I am looking for, although I am one step closer to finding my dream green dress – I’m still on the search for that one I’ve created in my mind.
I’m an idiot for that, really. I think up dresses in my mind and then go searching for it. Obviously, I’m usually disappointed because this dress hasn’t been invented.
This is the closest I’ve come so far. I do love it, but I’m still after that solid green dress I’ve invented in my mind. I might have to put my mannequin, Maria, to use. But she’s had a promotion and won’t be home for a while!
I love the colour of that skirt – beautiful.

Marvelous dress sweetie, I really love it <3
I absolutely love the colour of your skirt, I love green clothes too, at the moment I’m loving bottle green as I think it’s such a nice colour for autumn/winter. I do exactly the same thing though, imagining up outfits but I never find the perfect dream outfit! X
It’s a great colour!
That looks fab on you! I love the thick stripes 🙂 I do that as well, I come up with the perfect item of clothing in my head and can never find exactly what I want! Everyone keeps telling me to make my own, maybe we should do that! xo
I love your green dress, it looks perfect on you!

Ever since last year I have become quite obsessed with green dresses and I have bought so many. Green dresses are truly the best I adore this on you, it looks perfect. One of the things I like about your blog is that you have pieces from OASAP that I have been considering getting myself but have not been 100% sure about. Then I see them on you and feel determined to get them with I next have credit from OASAP.
Haha! You should do it 🙂 It would look lovely on you!

What a beautiful colour skirt worth all the hunting. Now there are hundreds of people reading this wanting the same. You are so in the right job clothing manager where you can work with clothes all day and make outfits look stylish Lucy x
Ooh the colour of the skirt is super pretty! And the stripes on the top bit is nice. I wouldn’t have thought it was a dress if you’d not said!

I love your skirt! I was raised believing in God. Death is an odd subject. Both my parents have died. I still live with the grief everyday. I was taught “by faith not by sight.” I thought I was “used” to death, because most of my dads side of the family is “gone” but my moms death hit me pretty hard. It haunts me. We each have our own way of dealing with death. Have you ever thought of talking to a preacher?
