LOLZ don’t worry friends, I’m not going to show you any before and after shots of me using these Clyppi toenail clippers. You’ll just have to read what I have to say about the matter.

First of all, I’m proper wank and cutting my toenails, mostly because I use these nail scissors that I have an emotional attachment to because I’ve used them my whole life. There were my mums and when I went to university I took them. Don’t tell her.

So yeah, they’re pretty rubbish, to be honest with you. I’ve tried clippers too but, eh. It’s like, you know.. um, when you are pressing down and nothing really happens but a tint in your nail? Then if you’re lucky then a bit of it will snap and you can pull the rest off.

But only after a bath/shower.

This makes me not want to do it. Because it’s awkward. Just like plucking my eyebrows. It’s horrible I hate it I don’t want to do it. I’ll put it off.

I was sent these Clyppi nail clippers to test out. Hoping for a solution to my everlasting toenail problem, I was pleasantly surprised when these came through my letterbox last Sunday.

WHAT WAS THAT, CORINNE? DELIVERY ON A SUNDAY?

Yeah. I don’t really know either

Let’s get some facts about these clippers then:

  • Made of high quality stainless steel.
  • Come with a lifetime warranty.
  • Designed to suit the shape of your hand so they’re easy for use, even if you have arthritis.
  • Will cut toenails cleanly precisely.
  • Have a nail file on the handle.

Are Clyppi nail clippers good?

Overall, I really like these Clyppi nail clippers! They do easily and quickly cut through your nail, even the thicker, harder ones on the big toes. The only negative I have to say is that it’s hard to get my little toes with these clippers as I have small feet and nails. Weh.

  1. I am sitting here chuckling for one horrible moment I thought you were going to show us how you cut your toe nails. Most nail clippers are rubbish these sound like they could do the trick, quickly easily and straight Lucy x

  2. Those are some seriously hard core clippers! They look like something you’d find in a tool box! That being said it sounds like they do a great job! Clipping toenails, urgh, why can’t they just get to an acceptable length and grow no more? It’d be so much easier!

  4. I think a pair of good nail clippers is a necessity. I went off to college in the fall without a good one, and it was a mess! It sounds like this is a good toenail clippers to invest in. And thanks for the lovely comment on my blog. I just followed on Bloglovin’, and I’d love for you to keep up with mine as well! Much love, and I can’t wait to read future posts.
