Hurrah for Blog Events. On Saturday, I went to a blogger event in the centre of Leeds. This was my second blogger event as I went to #LeedsMayMeet a couple months ago. There were some bloggers I’ve met a few times and some that I’ve never met before, which was fun.

I met Roxie at the station and Danniella came to meet us too, we went for food until Hayley, Kelly and Simone came. Then headed over the the vanue. Faith and Carrieanne did a fantastic job! They did a speech in front of everywhere werey the spoke about #BlogYorkshire, introduced all the brands and told us what was going on. There was a raffle with some fantastic prizes!

Quiz had some gift cards to give away, one for a raffle and one for the raffle and they also had a competition where you could style and outfit and win a gift card. They also brought awesome cookies!

Georgina was there doing make-up. She has FANTASTIC hair. The same two lovely ladies from ESPA that came to #LeedsMayMeet were there doing skin tests and giving out starter kits.

Pastile Nail Bar were giving out manicures, although I didn’t get one as I had just done my nails that morning!

Country Attire came along and gave up festival goodie bags and brought along a game of Welly Croquet for the chance win a pair of Hunter Wellies.

Allertons were doing hairstyles and Wynsor shoes gave out some adorable little goodie bags too. Other brands also contributed, with House of Fraiser giving out small goodie bags, Jelly Belly and Urban Fruits giving snacks and Faith PR sending in Macaroons.

I’d never tried a Macaroon before.

I guess I’m a real blogger now.

I also got to meet my Big Brother Best Friend, Tilly, as well as say HAI to Jenna and Rachel again.

After the event, we went for drinks. People slowly started to leave and there was just RoxieDanniella, Dash and I left. We decided to play pool, which was hilarious. I was also basically plastered.

Out of 150 photos, these were the only ones that came out ‘okay’. Wine can do that when you’re trying to use a DSLR on manual settings.

I’m a knob.

The goodie bag was immense. I’ll post that separately. I PROMISEEEEEE!
