Degustabox June

Degustabox June Review

Degustabox June
Another month, another Degustabox! This is my 5th box and I’m always excited to open them! I’m really excited about this box as it has some awesome things to help me with my diet! Let’s see what was in my June Degustabox!

Degustabox June 2014

Be Fast – Banana.
I am most excited about this! It’s a breakfast drink that’s low in fat and high in fibre and is a source of protein. It comes in 4 flavours, banana, strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. I’m going to stick one in the fridge and drink it on the way to work and hopefully it will keep me going until lunch!
£1 each
Urban Fruit -Pineapple.
A lovely, healthy snack of fruit that has been baked. A perfect sweet on the go snack. This comes in mango, strawberry and pineapple.
I am now faced with a dilemma because I love pineapple SO MUCH but I am allergic to it. It makes my tongue swell up and makes me feel sick. =(
I want to put this in my mouth. But I must not.
£1.09 each.
Dr Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Grinder.
Well, Lilly’s eyes lit up when pulled his bad boy out. It’s a grinder that contains Madagascan Vanilla Pods that lets you grind them fine or coarse. Perfect for cakes, desserts, toppings and in hot drinks.
Elizabeth Shaw – Amaretto Flutes
In the May Degustabox I received the dark chocolate flavour of these. They are such a luxury treat and very rich, I enjoy a couple at a time with a coffee then I feel satisfied. I can’t wait to try the Amaretto flavour ones!
Estrella Damm
This is known as the ‘Beer of Barcelona’. It’s an imported pale Spanish larger. I LOVE larger and can’t wait to be able to treat myself to this (I’m on a diet so not drinking at the moment.. might treat myself on Saturday night!)
£4 each
Strawberry Lambrini
Lambrini girls just want to have fun, right? I’m sure most of your British folk will know of Lambrini! It’s a light perry and is kind of marketed as a wine. It’s one of the first drinks I had when I was younger, my parents would let me have a glass of this or a glass of Buck’s Fizz with Christmas dinner.
I’ve tried a few of the flavours before, such as cherry – but never Strawberry!
It’s a great summer drink! It’s a lower % alcohol than wine so if you are at a BBQ or drinking over a long period of time, it might be better than a 12% bottle of wine!
Veetee Basmati & Wild Rice.
I’ve seen this at work lately. It’s a convenient, ready to eat rice and comes in different varieties. You can either stick it in the microwave, or heat in a wok. I think I might add a bit of this to some of my stir fries to bulk them  up a bit before a run!
BEAR Alphabites
This is a healthy crunchy cereal which is sweetened with coconut blossom nectar rather than sugar, so they are naturally sweet. They have no refined sugar and no added salt.
I do love the packaging! I’m probably more likely to write ‘boobs’ in my bowl though, instead of ‘pirates’.

 Shaken Udder Milkshakes.
When I opened the June Degustabox, there was sticker saying that there was an extra thank you treat inside the box – I’m guessing they are some bits and pieces from old boxes that they are giving out as I got this chocolate milkshake that I also got in my March Degustabox.
These all natural milkshakes contain real milk or Belgium chocolate. They have no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

£1.89 each
