Tomato and basil sauce
2 bell peppers
350g diced chicken
50 ml white wine
2 packets ready salted crisps

to make a lovely, quick and easy meal.The best thing about this recipe, is that you don’t have to use the same ingredients as I did. You can add less, more or even different things to your pasta bake. Here is how we did it:
Step 1: Boil the pasta for around 10 minutes until cooked. This varies depending on the type of pasta you use, so be sure to follow the instructions on the packet.
Step 2: Chop the onion, mushrooms and peppers.
Step 3: Dice the chicken and fry the chicken in oil with the onion. Season with salt, pepper and white wine until the chicken is cooked.
Step 4: Add the mushrooms and peppers and fry until soft.
Step 5: Add the spinach and sweetcorn and fry for a couple of minutes until the spinach is wilted.
Step 6: Add the pasta to the mix along with the pasta sauce and stir until heated through.
Step 7: Add 100g (or more/less to your taste) of cheese and mix until melted.
Step 8: Put the mixture into a deep sided dish.
Step 9: Sprinkle 100g (again, more or less to taste) of cheese on the top.
Step 10: Crunch up 2 packets of crisps and sprinkle on the top of the cheese for a crunchy texture.
Step 11: Bake in the oven on 200C for around 10 minutes until the cheese is melted/browned.
