Parmesan and Onion Bruschetta from Tesco
Pilgrims Choice Mature Cheddar
Orkney Mature Coloured Cheddar
The English Provender Co Damson & Port Chutney
Tesco CountrySweet Chilli Jelly

A couple days ago I made this light snack for some friends. I really wanted to try this chutney I got in my Degustabox and thought this was a cute idea. The chutney is so delicious! I ended up dumping more on the cheese board to dunk the little Bruschetta in.

Of course, you can use any Bruschetta or cracker, any cheese and any chutney/pickle type product. It’s a great light snack if you have friends over or a lovely party snack. Or just if you like stuffing your face with ALL THE CHEESE ALL THE TIME. Like me.

It’s pretty simple, you just lay out the bruschetta, dollop a lump of chutney/jelly and then add cheese cubes.

The look adorable, too.

There’s only two days left of my Degustabox giveaway, so don’t forget to enter the rafflecopter giveaway after the photos!

For those of you that aren’t bothered about the food posts, here’s some pictures of some cute dogs:

  4. I have a confession to make. Though I tweet vegan vegetarian #FF s on twitter I am an ovo-lacto vegetarian and do eat cheese – too much of it. Fortunately I will not be near your cheese board or else I might greedily inhale most of those tasty looking morsels. Those dogs are so cute I don’t know how anyone could resist feeding them when they are begging.

  8. Where did you find the doggies?!?!? They definitely look adorable. But I’m a food-loving kind of person too so I was enjoying all the way while reading and scrolling. And I’m into chutneys and relishes and dips too, in the evenings I cube 2 or 3 different cheeses, take a bowl of chutney and pour myself a glass of whine. There’s nothing better, really…

And yes, I’ve disabled comments for this week because I was going through some shit and I didn’t feel it would be fair if people came and commented on my blog but I wouldn’t be able to return the favor. And I literally wasn’t able to, because I was a mess. Anyhow, sorry for preventing you from babbling, you’re welcome to come a babble next week because I always love babbling (as I think it is obvious from my hefty comment for which I am sorry:)).

Have a great chutney/cheese/wine/fun filled weekend, babe!!
    xoxo
