I’ve been wanting to do the ‘what’s in my bag’ tag for yonks. Because I’m a nosey little bugger, I love to read other’s tags like this. I got a new bag from Tesco and posted about it here in my haul. When I transferred all my things from my old one to my new ‘un, I used it as an opportunity to share with y’all what I carry around on a daily basis.

What's in my BagThis is the entire contents of my bag on my floor. I am quite shocked to find that I don’t really carry much around with me. Ya know, for a girl and all. And that I clearly have a fondness of bright things. 


What's in my BagI have Babylips for a bit of colour and moisture. I don’t use this as much as I should! I don’t usually carry fruit with me, but I was at work and bought it on my break but didn’t have time to eat it, so into the bag it goes. There’s some gum for a bit of freshness and the lolly pops are my safety net. I stopped smoking October 1st so carry the lolly pops around with me just incase I get the urge. I sometimes have one when I’m driving as I really miss smoking when driving. 


What's in my BagPens. Yup, that’s a Wheetabix, Ariel and Ribena pen. I have to deal with a lot of brand reps at work and if they’re feeling happy, they give me free things like pens, USB sticks, glasses, notepads etc. I have a highlighter incase I need it for work, some blister plasters just incase and my car and house keys.

My Nintendo 3DS XL is in my bag, but I don’t use it as much as I should do! I will be taking it to Florida for the plane ride, that’s for sure. Also my bright pink purse – I bought from Cornwall on holiday in 2012. I love how bright it is and I always get loads of compliments on it.

I have matching iPhone and iPad mini cases. I’m a massive geek. I have an iPad mini for taking out and about with me and a regular iPad for using at home. I have my most needed cards in the case of my iPhone, and sometimes the odd cash note in there too.

There are also some other things I sometimes carry around with me, pain killers, tampons and random bits of paperwork from work, but I’ve kept them out of this post as that’s not very exciting.

  2. I love that bag. i never would have thought to check Tesco for a nice handbag. Does it seem sturdy? I get most of my bags from Primark and use them till they wear out (which since I overstuff dosn’t take very long!)

  15. My purse is super tiny compared to most–not much fits inside! I laughed when I saw the orange–but seriously, they are an awesome portable healthy snack. I’ve carried one in my coat pocket or backpack before! 😛

  41. I’m surprised at both how little you carry in your bag and what you have in it! I would have guessed it would have the kind of things I used to carry in mine when I went out in full drag – foundation, compact, eyeshadows, eyeliners, lipsticks, perfume, nail polish (I also carried nail polish remover and lotion).   49. I carry a lot in my bag too! I always have my phone charger and headphones because listening to music is my vice and I would die if my phone ran out of batter.

    i picked up on the bit where you mentioned smoking and “missing it”.. i wonder, is it cheap to maintain smoking as a habit in the uk? lol. because cigs here are deliberately expensive to curb the habit.

  51. This handbag was exactly what I was looking for- it’s classy and looks like a designer bag. I have gotten so many compliments on it already! It’s big enough to fit all my things, but it’s not bulky.

  52. You don’t want to see what’s in my bag. I have been wanting to do What’s In My Bag Post for a long time but i’m scared to face the contents of my bag, so i have been delaying it.

    I love your colourful cases, they are so cool and you made the right decision to keep the tampons out f the pic…hehehe
