Dress : Tesco
Jumper : Gift

Shoes : c/o Mum
I was debating whether to split this post into three, what I wore, what I did and what I got. But I decided against it as I didn’t want to post 3 times in one day. Anyway. Hello. Merry Christmas. Hi.

So, yesterday on Christmas day I wore my perfect tartan dress with a wonderful Christmas jumper that my mum bought me over the top.

These are the gifts  I received, I’m not going to go through every single one like I did last Christmas, just a few of my favourites. If you are curious or want to know more about a particular item, then just ask in the comments and I’ll tell you =)
Everything all together.

A lovely watch my mum and dad bought for me, and a matching bracelet from my Aunt.
3 cute bracelets from Christine. I REALLY love the turtle one.
Beautiful giraffe statue from my mum!
Tardis mug from Lilly!! I think I like this best!
Body shop set. Spells lovely
This cool thing to put all my jewelry in. Something I really need.
One direction blanket from my friend San. Just because =)

Ok. Now on to what I did.

I got up about 10:30 and my brother had just arrived. Then we all opened presents. My dad made me a cup of tea in my Tardis and a bacon sandwich. Yay. I then showered and my mum gave me hair a much needed trim. My Aunt and Uncle came over for their usual drink at midday. I took photos for the blog after getting ready and then we sat down for Christmas Dinner around 2pm.
Starter was prawn cocktail, yum.
Mum made this lovely Santa with my name on. It has chocolate inside him and jellies in his sack.
After dinner, we chilled out and watched Dr Who at the Proms and an old Dr Who movie.
We then went to another Aunts to admire their wonderful tree. I set up my Uncles iPad for him as he was pretty clueless about it.
I played with my little cousins nerf gun.
I also admire my Aunts garden.

After being there a couple of hours, we went to my cousins house next door.
Alex was wearing a Spongebob onsie and got punched from hulk.

We watched Mrs Browns Boys which is supposed to be the funniest thing in the world, but I didn’t find it very funny.

Alex let me put her light up hair in my head!
The end.

So today is just as busy, I have my brothers coming around with my nieces and nephews. I should probably get ready because it’s 11am and I am still laid in bed when I should probably be ready by now!

Three Questions For You All.
1) What did you do this Christmas?
2) What present do you like best?
3? What are you doing on Boxing day?

  1. The cat sweater is so cute. You look great in tartan! Looks like you had a lovely Christmas day. Mine was equally busy, with loads of relatives around 🙂 x

  2. Your Christmas outfit looks very festive, and those are some fun presents you got! I’ve always loved The Body Shop and their lotions!

  3. I got One Direction’s perfume for Christmas. I’m really excited about it. We traveled to two houses for Christmas, but they were within 5 minutes of each other. Unfortunately, being in the U.S. we don’t celebrate Boxing Day. What do you? I’m also a huge Doctor Who fan. Really like your tea cup.

  4. Hello from Spain: great dress tartan. The sweater is fabulous. I see Santa Claus was at your house. Great gifts. Pretty Christmas decorations. I was at home with my family. We ate and enjoyed the company of family that we have not seen for some time. A fur coat is my favorite gift this Santa Claus. Keep in touch

  20. tardis mug!! looks like you had an amazing christmas:-) 1) i’ve actually just been watching loads of christmas movies, plus obviously opening presents&eating 2) my mum got me a neat pair of slippers, sounds grandmaish but i really like them! i also like your tardis mug. 3) on boxing day i continued watching movies, ha:-) xx

  21. I know Christmas is already over, but I didn’t visit your blog last week and I saw your Christmas sweater pictures so I just had to read this post! One thing I miss about Canada are the front and back yards in the suburbs at christmas time, decorated with all of the lights and lit snowmen and santas. you’r Aunt’s yard is FANTASTIC. your pictures totally give me the sensation that I was there with you, drinking hot chocolate and playing with the nerf gun. Not to self I need more people under the age of 16 in my life so I can play with their nerf guns.

You got some pretty great stuff, especially the dress jewelry organizer. I made a makeshift one years ago hat does the trick but it’s a little ghetto!

See you in the New Year! Angie

  22. Love the watch and bracelet set, they are cool. Christmas Eve was good but Christmas Day I was just too tired from previous night so spent in bed watching movies.

All the best for New Year girl

  23. that’s a whole lotta presents! LUCKY GIRL! i love your Tardis mug best ;D your jumper and that dress is beautiful.. i’m so jealous. happy (belated) christmas and merry new year – in advanced, honey!!! *confetti*

  24. i love your christmassy outfit!!if i could i would get that jumper hehe and that dress looks awesome:)xx

  25. I love your taste in sweaters 😉 That was the same one I got. But you styled it way better than my jeans…I love the look with the plaid dress! Also I never think of putting a sweater over a dress…I will definitely have to try it sometime!
