This ginger fizz dress is new, it kind of makes me look frumpy (some dresses make me look long and slim, some make me look, well, like this), I think is the waist on the dress. It does not match the waist on the Corinne. I’ve got a long torso, you see. I still enjoy the dress, despite this. And I cannot wait to pair it with a warm, think, cardi for the autumn months.
Speaking of confessions (okay, we weren’t speaking of confessions but I didn’t really know how to bring this up), I haz one.
A big one.
I’M A SMOKER. Gosh. I know, I know, it is a horrible habit. It doesn’t suit me. It kills. Etc etc etc. I’m always embarrassed when people find out that I smoke. It’s dirty.
This is why I decided to part take in the annual ‘Stoptober’ campaign. It is basically a 28 day challenge which encourages you to not smoke during October. Apparently ,if you stop smoking for 28 days, you are 5 times more likely to stop altogether. So my housemates and I are giving it a go. Which is great because I’ve been wanting to stop for a while, but it’s hard when living with smokers.
I bought an electric cigerette in May but hardly used it. This is now my new best friend and will hopefully help me through the next few weeks. Today is day 4.
I’m also doing Shaytober, which is a healthy month of fitness, exercise, weight loss, being good to yourself (stopping smoking, for me) etc etc. It’s brought to us by ShayCarl of the Shaytards. He has really been into fitness since losing 100lbs and is using this month to really focus on his body and health, bringing his YouTube audience along for the ride with daily vidoes of his progress, along with workout videos and tips on his Shayloss channel.

I’ve been watching their daily vlogs every day for over 3 years, I’m borderline obsessed with them, ha!
I’m hoping the weather is going to be less wet though, as it’s stifling my biking and running! I had to go to the gym on Monday and work out in my room today, which is not as fun as being outdoors!
