I am in SO MUCH PAIN today. My poor legs. I’ve really been trying to increase my flexibility lately. I want to be able to do the splits. SPLITS. I have also been working on touching my toes (seriously, I could hardly get close AT ALL) and getting a six pack (maybe wishful thinking, but oh well). I was trying really hard on Saturday night and now my legs are in so much pain. I am able to touch toes now but only when I have stretched first, I have long legs so a long way to stretch down. YES. I will do the splits soon, I promise. I can defiantly get further down from when I started doing this a month ago. I have also bought one of those weighed hula hoop things too. I can hula hoop for a really long time. I basically keep going until I get tired so I am going to use this and it will be fun. I wish I took before pictures of my stomach before I started all this as I can see the difference already, but I took some the other night so that will be my before.

I am easing into the vegan thing slowly. The only non-vegan thing I’ve consumed since Saturday is milk in my coffee at work. I have bought some sachets of soy milk but I’m going to ease into it slowly.
