A few weeks a go I did a chat about fitness goals and decided to do one every so often so we can all recap and reassess our fitness goals. It was a quiet chat, so I don’t know if people have given up caring about their goals or maybe they were out having a life on Saturday night during the chat. Like me. I was having a meal to celebrate being with my boyfriend for 6 months.

What are your fitness goals this year and how are you doing with them?

    Mine is to get back to exercising, I’ve been a bit lazy getting to it, but I must. Need to get my motivation going. Happy Monday doll x
