L’amour Lalique Perfume // New Favourite!

l amour lalique perfume

I fell in love with a new perfume last month. I had a sample of L’Amour Lalique perfume in my August Glossybox and couldn’t help but buy it!

The best way to describe the smell is a sweet, floral musky scent.

If you’re more technical and know a thing or two about how to describe fragrance, the top notes are neroli, bergamot and rose. The middle notes are jasmine, tuberose and gardenia. The base notes are cedar, sandalwood and musk.

I just like to think of it as pretty.

It is very sweet and floral, perfect for summer and rather girly. I love sweet perfumes like this! I’ve been wearing Kenzo Flower for the last 8 years or so – that’s my signature scent and I’m tempted to replace it with this! I’ve been wearing it daily for the past few weeks.

You can get 100ml for £41.50, which is a bargain if you ask me! Click on the bottle above if you’re interested. It’s an affiliate link, lolz.

If you ever see this as a tester in a shop, please give it a try! It’s lovely!

What’s your favourite perfume?

I’m always on the lookout for a new perfume but I’m not sure that this is one that I’ve tried. I am edging towards la petit robe noir at the minute, but I might have to give this one a go as it sounds lovely, and is quite reasonably priced.

Great looking bottle and I bet the fragrance is divine

Great price for what seems like a lovely scent! My current favourite is a toss up between Daisy by Marc Jacobs or Oh Lola.

I love the smell of sandalwood. I’ll keep my eye open for the tester next time I’m out and about.

I can totally understand why you bought it … it smells amazing, I also got a sample of it!

This sounds nice. Bergamot is a favouirte. I normally opt for perfumes that have a citrus scent. I will have to see if they have this so I can smell a sample Lucy x

I never go for citrus scents!

That’s a super cute little perfume! I’m not great at describing scents. I often say something like ‘it smells like you’d imagine *insert random celebrity’s name* to smell!!’ LOL
